"Easy return, no hassle"
I had to return an item and the whole process was really simple. No fuss at all, and my refund came through much quicker than I expected. Definitely makes me feel comfortable ordering from them again.

"Really quick delivery"
I ordered a jacket from snowandrock.com and it turned up much faster than I expected. I’ve had deliveries from other retailers in the past that dragged on with barely any updates, so it was nice to get tracking along the way and know what was happening. It was supposed to take a few days but arrived early and in perfect condition. Really easy experience overall, no complaints from me...

"Decent, but too pricey for what it is"
It was okay overall, but felt a bit expensive for what I got. I wouldn’t say it was terrible, just not really worth the price to me. For what I paid, I’d expect either better value or some kind of discount/compensation to make it feel fair

"Helpful staff and great advice"
I went in looking for some new walking boots and, to be fair, the staff really knew their stuff. They asked where I’d be using them and took the time to check the fit properly, which I appreciated. The only slight downside was that the first pair they brought out didn’t feel right at all, so it took a bit longer than I expected. But they spotted the issue quickly, didn’t try to push anything on me, and gave really solid advice. I left with boots that feel spot on

"Finally found my size at the right moment"
I needed a new ski jacket last minute, which was just bad timing on my part, but Snow+Rock actually had my size in stock when most other places didn’t.

The ordering was straightforward and I liked that it was clear what was available, so I wasn’t sitting there wondering if it would get cancelled after checkout.

It arrived without any issues and was exactly the jacket I’d chosen. Really pleased with it and I’d happily use them again.

Popped into Snow+Rock to sort out some walking boots and, the staff were really helpful. I tried on a bunch because my feet are awkward little idiots, but they were patient the whole time and gave proper advice on fit without trying to flog me the priciest pair. Ended up leaving with boots that actually felt right and some decent socks too. Nice, easy visit — would definitely go back.

This jacket turned out better than I expected. It feels sturdy, warm, and actually well made, which isn’t always the case with gear like this despite what the listings usually try to suggest. I’ve been wearing it a lot already and haven’t had any issues so far

There’s a lot to choose from, which I liked at first because I was kind of just browsing around and thinking, okay, this is promising. But then when I actually started looking for my size, it felt a bit limited? Like the range is there, but some of the basic sizes I expected to find just weren’t really available, so that was a little frustrating

Well... I ordered a jacket from Snow+Rock and it turned up exactly when they said it would. I got tracking updates along the way, and the parcel arrived in good condition with no fuss. Really pleased, especially as I needed it before a weekend trip. I’d definitely use them again.

"Fit guide was annoyingly right"
Ordered a ski jacket from snowandrock.com and wasn’t too sure about the size, but I’ll blame their fit guide because it actually got it spot on. Fits just how I wanted it to, not too tight and still comfortable. Happy with it
